Ian O'Brien is a keyboardist/synthesist who describes his work as "instrumental music with ambient, world and cinematic influences." He was a member of the band 'Raw Kinder' which  played regularly in NYC including performances in the CMJ Music Festival and the Intel New York Music Festival '97 and '98 (voted to the top ten IntelFest band list in '98). Signed to Home Office Records, the band released the eponymous CD 'Raw Kinder' in 1998 and contributed to the label's 'Burner' compilation CD as well. O'Brien has also composed music for various theatre projects and short films.
